Frequently asked questions
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. They open your store link on any phone browser and can add it to their home screen like an app. An Android app on Google Play is also on the way.
I'm not techy. Can I still use it?
Yes. Everything works from your phone with big, simple buttons. We'll also set up your menu and train your staff.
How do I receive payments?
Customers can pay cash on pickup, or online through GCash, Maya or card where enabled. Online payments are verified by the system before an order is confirmed.
Can I still serve walk-in customers?
Of course. Pre-orders give you a reliable base; you keep selling at the counter as usual.
Can I change my prices and menu anytime?
Yes — prices, photos, daily limits, sold-out items and promos are all in your hands, any time of day.
Is my customer and sales data safe?
Each business's customers, menu, orders and sales are kept private and separate. Other businesses on SULIT EATS can never see your data.
